We are delighted to be named finalists in four categories at this year’s South Yorkshire Property Dinner
Taking place on Wednesday 9 July at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Sheffield, the awards celebrates the best projects, deals, and professionals in Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham.
We have been named as finalists in the following categories:
- Property Consultancy of the Year – HLM Architects
- Sustainability and Social Impact Award – Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield
- Outstanding Development of the Year – Radisson Blu Hotel, Sheffield
- Property Personality of the Year – Karen Mosley, Social Impact & Inclusion Director
Sustainability and Social Impact Award – Radisson Blu
Shortlisted for the Sustainability and Social Impact Award and the Outstanding Development of the Year, the Radisson Blu Hotel, is a landmark project in the final phase of Sheffield’s transformational Heart of the City masterplan. Overlooking the Peace Gardens and Town Hall, this new hotel offers a sensitive yet striking new architectural layer within the City Centre Conservation Area.
The hotel offers 154 contemporary rooms, a speakeasy-style rooftop Indian restaurant and bar, flexible meeting and event spaces with an outdoor terrace, and a fully equipped fitness centre. Behind its retained Victorian façade, the Radisson Blu represents a bold fusion of heritage and modern design—creating a destination that is not only functional but deeply rooted in Sheffield’s evolving urban identity.
The project has played a pivotal role in reinvigorating a previously neglected site, bringing long-term economic, environmental and social value to the city and wider region.
