HLM were appointed to optimise and deliver the scheme form a previous Planning Consent, which the client obtained with the purchase of the site. The process commenced with an extensive re-configuration of the layouts to create substantial additional value through optimum design solutions within the constraints of a Section 73 planning process. This was achieved through design efficiency, optimising first impressions and spatial experience as well as enhancing aspect and views to local landmarks and open spaces, including views to the Houses of Parliament.
