Nicola joined HLM in April 2014 and has over 17 years’ post-graduate experience working as an Architect and Urban Designer. She has delivered several high-profile projects in the UK, Ireland and internationally, across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, civic, commercial and hospitality.
Nicola was appointed Studio Director in April 2018; her role is a balance between Ireland-based projects and running the Belfast and Dublin studios. Nicola’s focus is working closely with clients, business development, bids, recruitment and supporting sector leads in the region.

Family life is Nicola’s biggest priority outside of work, with two kids to keep her busy, providing support and lifts to various sporting events. Nicola enjoys cycling, travelling and relaxing with a nice glass of wine!
