Russell joined HLM as an Associate Architect and has over 22 years of experience on a wide range of projects at senior level and is passionate about good design, detail and construction. Recently promoted to Technical Director, Russel is part of our technical leadership team aimed at helping support the direction and success of our growing portfolio, practice reputation and technical expertise.
Russell’s project experience covers a vast selection of areas – from large education projects, office refurbishments, infrastructure projects and residential sectors. He is accomplished in all aspects of project delivery from developing and interpreting project briefs with the clients, concept, detailed / technical design and following the project through to construction. He has strong abilities in approach to designing new inspirational learning environments specialising in designing creative, efficient, and fully functioning designs.
He is also experienced in managing large design teams & projects through all RIBA design stages using clear communication and effective project management abilities.
