We are pleased to share that we have been appointed to the Carmarthenshire County Council Construction Professional Services Framework.
HLM Architects are named alongside six other practices on Lot 7, ‘Multi-disciplinary Services’, one of seven lots which make up the four-year framework.
Gareth Woodfin, Studio Director, Cardiff, joined representatives from Carmarthenshire County Council and other successful consultants at the launch event on Tuesday 19th December.
He commented:
“We are delighted to have gained a place on the Carmarthenshire County Council’s most recent framework. We previously collaborated with the council on Ysgol Pen Rhos, and currently have a number of projects in development with them, so look forward to continuing our working relationship and supporting them in achieving their vision for a more prosperous Wales, which we share.”
The framework will cover education, social housing, leisure & tourism, public buildings and facilities, commercial & industrial and cultural & historical buildings.
Further details will be published in January, and we look forward to collaborating with Carmarthenshire Council in 2024.
