Kosta joined HLM in 2024 as our Dublin Studio Director, bringing with him extensive international architectural experience across a wide range of sectors.
As Project Lead Architect, Kosta has led a number of prestigious and award-winning projects in sectors including residential apartments, student accommodation, workplace, mixed use, retail, education, hospitality and masterplanning.
In previous roles, Kosta has championed Human Resource Management and adherence to Quality Management systems, in an effort to achieving consistency in the internal processes and a transformation of the organisational behaviour of staff in aligning the culture of the individual studios to a singular culture across the group which is synonymous with the HLM one studio culture.
Kosta is passionate about design excellence, social value, placemaking, efficient and effective project delivery through standardisation, ‘off-site’ construction and sustainable methodologies all of which are key strategic areas of focus at HLM.

When not working, Kosta enjoys good company and passionate conversations with a coffee / glass of wine (not at the same time). He’s a real foodie, loves 80’s music and movies as well as dynamism in art, classic cars, furniture, good books, walks through landscapes and summer holidays with family.
