HLM Architects are delighted to secure a place on G15 Hyde Group £2 billion design services framework.

Anna Kiho, Head of Residential, commented:

We are delighted to have won a place on this framework to deliver much needed housing in London and the south east. At HLM, we are committed to making attractive, desirable places that people are proud to call home. Our Residential team is very much looking forward to working with Hyde Group and supporting their vision of creating ‘more of the right homes’ that are ‘safe, decent, and energy-efficient’.

The framework will primarily be used for the delivery of housing schemes and will also be open to other public sector bodies.

The G15 is made of London’s leading housing associations:

A2Dominion, Clarion Housing Group, the Guinness Partnership, Hyde, L&Q, MTVH, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, Riverside, Southern Housing and Sovereign Network Group. The Hyde Group operates around 44,000 homes and plans to build another 4,000 by 2027.

This announcement gives us the opportunity to build further on our Residential portfolio, which includes the recently proposed new neighbourhood for Guildford Borough Council.
