Juliana Renn is an accomplished Head of Sustainability with over 14 years of experience in architecture, environmental design, and sustainable building practices. Her professional journey is driven by a singular passion: to design positive, life-enhancing buildings that contribute to a regenerative future. With architectural degrees from Brazil and Portugal and a Masters of Science in Environmental Design and Engineering from The Bartlett UCL, Juliana brings a multidisciplinary approach to every project she leads.

Her expertise spans across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, student accommodation, and infrastructure. Juliana’s unique ability to integrate architectural design with building physics and sustainability principles has led to numerous successful projects, from bespoke, low-carbon office fit-outs to large-scale residential developments and high-profile infrastructure projects. As a Certified Passivhaus Designer, LEED Accredited Professional, and BREEAM Accredited Professional, she ensures that all her projects meet the highest standards of sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant wellbeing.

Outside of work, Juli can be seen trying her hands at making some nice bread, gardening and growing fruits and vegetables. Her biggest feats were Paul Hollywood’s seven strand bread reef and an immense harvest of tomatoes. Learning furniture making is the next thing on her list!
