A team from our Cardiff Studio undertook a sponsored walk on Saturday for Llamau.  30 years ago Llamau was founded to provide homeless teenagers and women with a safe place to stay. Since then, they have supported over 67,000 young people, women and their children who are either homeless or facing homelessness in Wales.

The team started their walk at Ysbyty Cwm Cynon in Mountain Ash, covering over 20 miles along the Taff Trail back to the studio in Cardiff.

Ysbyty Cwm Cynon was HLMs first major project in Wales 15 years ago and was the catalyst for the studio going from strength to strength.

Gareth Woodfin – Cardiff Studio Director said “So proud of our team walking for Llamau, we see daily near our Cardiff studio many people who are homeless, it touches us all.  Great we can make a difference with the money raise to support this important charity and an opportunity for the team to re-connect after a long time working remotely”
