Richard Warner, based in our Sheffield studio, has recently become a chartered landscape architect. Richard’s passion for thoughtful, responsive, and resilient design helps the HLM Landscape team deliver award winning creative, innovative, and sustainable schemes.

Richard joined HLM in 2016 having completed his studies at the University of Sheffield.

He has worked on many cross-sector projects, most recently working on schemes in the Living & Communities, Education, and Defence sectors including Carnival Place and Keele IC7.

Our Landscape Architecture team continues to go from strength to strength, with new appointments and projects.Our team take an holistic approach, are able to deliver thoughtful solutions to complex problems using natural systems, while at the same time seeking to delight the people who experience these places through the considered use of form, materiality and planting that reflects the culture, history and ecology.

Richard said, “I am delighted to have gained my chartership. Working as part of HLM’s multi-disciplinary team has given me a wide range of opportunities to apply and expand my skills and experience throughout the process and I’m grateful for the fantastic support of my colleagues.”
