HLM have been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s Cardiff Property Awards.

Finalists in the Architect and Civic Development Categories.

We are finalists in the Architectural category, which celebrates the creativity and talent of our Cardiff team over the past year, while Pencoedtre High School has been shortlisted in the Civic Development category. This award highlights developments with real civic purpose – the new school has made a huge impact to the local community, pupils and families.

The prestigious awards celebrate the dynamic Cardiff property sector, its creativity and the positive impact that local developments have on communities.

Studio Director, Gareth Woodfin, said: “We’re really pleased to have been shortlisted – the recognition highlights the dedication and creativity of our fantastic Cardiff team”

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on the 18 November – fingers crossed and good luck to all the finalists!
