HLM Architects has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year in the Cardiff Business Awards 2020.
The awards, now in its sixth-year aim to bring the business community of Cardiff together and celebrate the best businesses and the vast potential that exists within the capital city of Wales.
The Employer of the Year award recognises businesses in Cardiff that continuously invest in their employees for sustainable growth and development. The Judges will be looking for evidence of staff development, retention and recruitment; career development and training for employees; commitment to diversity; and the embedding of a learning culture.
