Ben has been a member of the HLM team for over 16 years. During this time he has worked across most major sectors, with significant experience gained in education, residential & defence.
Ben is very much project-based, and regularly has an involvement in several projects, ensuring the smooth delivery of information throughout all work stages.
Following his appointment as Associate, Ben is keen to oversee the development and progression of junior staff and regularly mentors staff, alongside assisting the Studio Director in the day-to-day running of the studio.

As Ben spends much of his working life indoors, he likes to spend the majority of his personal life outside with his family, and enjoys cycling and hiking in the local Peak District.
