Craig joined the HLM team back in 2005 as an IT technician working solely for HLM. Craig is now Associate – IT Manager, working for the parent group Covalent.
Over the years, Craig has been part of, or managed, almost all the major infrastructure and technology development projects within the group. With his work ethic, attention to detail and meticulous planning, Craig has consistently delivered projects on time and on budget.
Craig believes that implementation of new technology can, and should, always be focused on enhancing the user experience, improving efficiency and enabling the end user to do what they do best.
