After graduating from Strathclyde University, where he won the Glasgow Institute of Architects Award for Best Student Portfolio, David has been at HLM for over 30 years, and became an Equity Director in 1992. David is the HLM Board Sponsor for the Living and Communities Sector, specialising in residential typologies, mixed-use design, regeneration and placemaking; with a personal emphasis on promoting communities and sustainable design. David brings a wealth of experience, rigour and clear vision to the design process and remains closely involved in projects from inception to completion.
