Kathryn is an experienced, qualified architect of 20 years who has very strong client facing and stakeholder engagement skills as well as a detailed knowledge of construction, site and contract administration. She has an open and collaborative style, listening and carefully considering how best to incorporate each project’s requirements, ensuring design proposals satisfy and exceed expectations. Her experience in working closely with clients on designs means she brings a focused approach to producing well-designed buildings that have a positive impact on both the environment and their users.
Kathryn has worked on residential, mixed-use, and high-end projects including a members club in Mayfair. Her widest experience is in the Education sector from an RIBA Award winning school in north London, to academies, secondary schools, primary schools and SEN schools.
Kathryn joined the HLM London branch two years ago, and in that time has worked on 6 MMC primary and SEN schools. She has a very detailed understanding of modern methods of construction, including experience developing design proposals through the SEM process, using remote digital technology.
Kathryn is also passionate about Mental Health and Wellbeing, and has been striving to ensure that staff are well informed and supported throughout the pandemic.

Kathryn loves to travel and discover new places. She has been around the world for a year with her husband, and taken her children on an adventure through Thailand for 7weeks. So far, she has visited more countries than her age, and hopes to keep that up!
