Kim has worked within architecture for the last 9 years, joining HLM in 2020. She has a meticulous approach to understanding complex tenders and frameworks across all sectors, blending accuracy and compliance with exciting and inventive submissions.
She is skilled at managing and coordinating multiple resources to ensure each proposal is of the highest quality, including numerous sub consultants, authors and specialist contributors. She works closely with sector leads and the wider bid team to consistently develop HLM’s bid offering – promoting HLM’s ethos and key principles throughout.
She is passionate about securing inspiring new projects for HLM and is particularly interested in the use of MMC and building sustainably.
Kim achieved her APMP Practitioner qualification in 2023 and looks forward to working towards APMP Professional.
Did you know:
Kim used to be a dancer, performing at many beautiful theatres including Sadlers Wells and the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Her days are now spent with her very young family, taking their campervan wherever they can (which is usually as far as it will go before it breaks down). She loves festivals, live music and sailing – and can’t wait to get her little boy out on the water as soon as he is big enough!
