Ross is a gifted award-winning Architect who is passionate about design quality, bringing strong design flair and creative ideas to every project. As Design Director, Ross leads and mentors the team to develop and articulate creative sustainable design solutions across a variety of projects and sectors.
Having worked across a number of major projects and sectors for over 15 years, Ross is an accomplished design team leader and project manager. He is effective at communicating and coordinating with the wider design teams as well as complex stakeholder groups client-side, to deliver successful projects from inception to completion.
Ross’s abilities to lead a strong architectural team, coordinate the overall design team and develop client and end-user relationships are invaluable. His enthusiasm and commitment to creating outstanding sustainable buildings is met by his pragmatic, intuitive approach to the production and delivery of each project he has been involved with.
Did you know?
Ross can occasionally be convinced to swap his chunky black sketch pen for a set of golf clubs. He’ll no doubt then proceed to tell you that he ‘used to’ have a single figure handicap and hails from Bathgate, home to 2 Ryder Cup captains and 3 Ryder Cup players!
