Having worked for award-winning practices since the beginning of his career, Simon is an all-rounder, bringing diverse experience across all work stages and a range of sectors. His broad experience has led him to deliver numerous successful projects both in the UK and internationally, from student accommodation to high-end residential and sporting facilities.
As a methodical Design Team Leader, he works closely with his teams, delivering quality design and detail and great stakeholder/client satisfaction, building strong relationships along the way.
From the earliest stages of the project, Simon actively promotes the adoption of sustainable principles, while his unique industry knowledge of MMC has led him to carry out in-depth research into the topic, working in collaboration with leading industry specialists.

Simon enjoys being outdoors whenever possible, rain or shine, usually skiing, snowboarding, hiking or road cycling. He is a strong advocate for a future HLM French Alps office and continues to lobby for this.
