Steven joined HLM in 2008 following, almost 10 years working on a commercial project in Dublin. Since then, he has gained a wealth of experience across a number of sectors including Emergency Services, Justice and Healthcare
In 2014, Steven was promoted to Associate, working with a particular focus on “operationally-led design” to deliver operationally efficient facilities for the client and civic society.
In his current role, Steven leads the Emergency Service sector which he has helped to develop over the last 10 years and provides sector expertise on secure environments.

When Steven is not ferrying his kids to sports training, he is a keen folk musician and plays the Irish Bouzouki.
