HLM Architects COVID-19 Update

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

Our top priorities are taking care of our people and supporting our clients, ensuring we provide excellent service, while working safely.

Updated: 18th March 2020

We have quickly taken measures prioritising the care of our people and supporting our clients, ensuring we continue to provide our excellent continuous service, while working safely.

HLM Architects continues to closely monitor the situation whilst following all the relevant Government and WHO advice.

Following the most up to date advice, we have taken decisions to alter our pattern of working and restrict travel to safeguard our people. Most of our people are now working effectively and productively from home or other remote locations. We remain fully operational and able to support clients on all matters and do not anticipate any significant disruption to this ability.

Our investment in our systems agility and advanced technology over many years has enabled us to work flexibly. Through our experiences of working remotely we know that transparency and communication are critical to success. As a business working collaboratively across five studios in the UK and internationally, we are experienced and well-placed at connecting remotely with our clients. We are confident that during this transitional period we can deliver optimum business continuity.

To reduce the spread of the virus and keep our people safe, we have taken the decision to restrict face-to-face meetings and are switching to virtual meetings adopting a variety means of communication. As a business it is our job to find solutions for our people and we are creatively thinking of ways to stay connected to our clients.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with your usual HLM contact. We will continue to update our website news page with COVID-19 information and keep you updated directly with any significant changes.
