We’re proud to announce that HLM Managing Director, Karen Mosley, has been shortlisted for three awards in the Institute of Directors (IoD) Yorkshire & North East Director of the Year Awards, 2021; Small to Medium Business, Agility and Resilience and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Working at the practice for over 35 years, Karen’s most recent focus has been in driving HLM’s transition to an Employee Ownership Trust in December 2020. Her commitment to empowering a team that is focused on business growth, continuous learning and wellbeing, has played its part in earning the practice it’s strong reputation today. This year alone, HLM has been listed as the 3rd Best Architectural Practice and accredited as ‘World Class’ for employee engagement in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work, received the AJ100 Employer of the Year Award, for the second consecutive year and climbed five places to 18th in the Architects category in the Building Top 150 Consultants.
