Delighted to say we have another newly qualified Architect in our Glasgow Studio. Congratulations and well done to Andras Berze for passing your Part III qualifications.
Andras said “What I appreciate most about my work is the opportunity to engage with complex challenges and contribute to projects that have a real impact.”
Having studied at the Glasgow school of Architecture Andras then worked in London and Dublin. Finally moving back to Glasgow to complete his studies and join our Glasgow team.
Recently he has worked on two impactful healthcare projects for NHS Lothian—the National Treatment Centre and the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion. Working as technical advisor, Andras found this a new and exciting challenge. In addition to Healthcare he has worked on several Defence projects across the UK. HLM’s extensive experience in managing large, complex briefs in this sector provided him with valuable insight.
Andras said “What I appreciate most about my work is the opportunity to engage with complex challenges and contribute to projects that have a real impact. Whether it’s working on healthcare facilities that improve patient care or contributing to defence projects, I value the responsibility of being involved in projects that serve important functions”.
While working in our Glasgow studio Andras was mentored by Associate, Adam McAvoy he said “The great experience Andras has gained on several defence projects, mainly the Imjin project, has given him the skillset and knowledge base for undertaking and passing his Part 3 exam. Andras has shown a commitment and dedication to the exam process and can use the title of Architect proudly!”
Congratulations and a huge well done!
