We are thrilled to celebrate the professional qualification of three talented team members in our Cardiff studio: James Miller, Sophie Cartwright, and Dylan Pugh. All three have recently achieved their RIBA Part III qualification, officially becoming architects — a tremendous achievement that marks the culmination of years of dedication, creativity, and hard work.
We are delighted to have three newly qualified Architects in our ever growing Cardiff Studio.
Qualifying as an architect is no easy journey. It demands resilience, time management, and an unwavering commitment to design excellence. James, Sophie, and Dylan have each shown determination and passion in abundance, balancing demanding projects with their studies — and, in some cases, much more.
From managing the challenges of parenthood and preparing for Olympic-level sport, to leading live projects for clients across Wales and beyond, the trio has proven what’s possible when perseverance meets opportunity.
