We’re pleased to share that we’ve been named finalists in three categories of the Scottish Property Awards, 2024. Held annually, the awards celebrate the best in the commercial and public built environment across Scotland.

Our design for the National Manufacturing Institute (NMIS) has been named a finalist in two categories; Development of the Year (Public buildings) and Architectural Excellence Award (Public use). The industry-led international centre of manufacturing expertise brings industry, academia and public-sector support bodies work together to transform skills, productivity and innovation, within a unique and bold setting. With its highly sustainable, iconic structure, the project has been awarded several titles across design awards in 2023, including Glasgow Institute of Architects, the Herald Property Awards as well as the Structural Timber and Offsite awards.
The Linear Accelerator (LINAC) building for Western General Hospital, Edinburgh, is shortlisted for Healthcare Development of the Year, The much-needed Linac cancer treatment facilities future-proofs the hospital’s provision, allowing demand and capacity to be matched over the next 10 years in a safe, high-quality and sustainable way, facilitating improved access to treatment. This shortlisting follows the project’s ‘silver’ Healthcare win at the Scottish Design earlier this year.

The awards will be celebrating their tenth year running since inception in 2014, with a black-tie event held on the 29th February at the Glasgow Central Hilton Hotel.
