On December 4, 2024, our team gathered to celebrate a year of collective achievements during a special event we proudly called ‘FESTMAS!’

In the iconic setting of Sheffield City Hall, 240 colleagues from across our business came together to celebrate achievements and strengthen connections.
The day began with a warm welcome from Practice Chair, Philip Watson. Highlighting the success of the multi-award-winning National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS) project, Philip emphasized the collective effort required to deliver projects of this scale. Acknowledging the contributions of diverse teams—including the Bid Team, Document Control Team, Finance Team, Marketing Team, and many others—Philip celebrated the collaborative spirit that drives our success.
Afternoon team-building activities set an energetic tone before we reconvened for an evening of festivities. After a quick break to change, colleagues returned to City Hall for a memorable night filled with excellent food, drinks, and entertainment. Managing Director Michael Scherdel’s awards ceremony was a highlight of the evening, as was the incredible performance by a band featuring one of our talented team members from Sheffield.
By morning, the journey back to Belfest, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Glasgow was a quiet one, with sore feet and happy memories marking the success of the event.
