Located in the heart of the city centre, close to the world-famous Crucible and Lyceum Theatres, the Sheffield Studio is the largest of HLM’s studios.
Based in Sheffield since the early eighties, we have been delivering award winning projects across the region for many years.
We have a great team of people in Sheffield – talented and enthusiastic designers and creative thinkers. Our Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers sit alongside support teams for the whole business – Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Services which gives the studio a unique vibe.
HLM Sheffield is friendly and lively. There is a buzz about the place – we have music playing, friendly banter and impassioned debate. We enjoy working together and collaborating. We have strong connections across the local construction industry and enjoy clients and consultants joining us here in the studio.
We are a sociable bunch – we encourage staff to catch-up over a tea break, we have staff events every Third Thursday of the month (from rounders in the park to treasure hunts) and we need no excuse to celebrate. Despite the famous Sheffield hills many staff like to don the lycra and either get on their bikes or go for a run, both for fun and for charity. We are proud supporters of local charities and for many years have jointly organised the renowned Sheffield Charity Construction Ball.
