We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Buchanan as our new Head of Hospitality.
Andrew brings with him over thirty years’ experience as a Hotelier at the centre of the concept, development and operations of Luxury Hospitality and accommodation services.
Reflecting on his new role, Andrew commented:
“Having opened, refurbished and operated a wide variety of hotel projects, that experience has given me a wonderful insight into the value of 360o communications between architects, designers and the hotel teams who ultimately deliver exceptional service to guests. Understanding the hospitality sector and the needs to generate exceptional ROIs is built into our process so places are created to delight and enhance guests experiences, leaving them motivated to return.
It is also the case that we seek to discover underutilized areas within existing portfolios where we can introduce additional revenue streams.”
Andrew has previously trained with some of the world’s greatest hoteliers, investors and entrepreneurs, and has added value and efficiency to operations alongside receiving client and industry recognition for the ventures in which he has worked.
