Andy enjoys leading, working within and developing teams. He uses strong facilitation, analytical, communication and leadership skills to review, plan and communicate solutions to complex challenges.
Andy leads the HLM team working on a large national infrastructure project. He ensures delivery excellence, oversees project execution, and fosters team development. His role focuses on strategic leadership, coordination, and maintaining high standards across all phases of the project.
