She thrives on collaboration, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes and well-resolved design solutions.
She also plays an active role as Interior Design Champion, organising design reviews and encouraging team members to share ideas, learn from one another, and provide constructive feedback. Her passion for design is matched by her commitment to supporting others, nurturing talent, and helping build a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
