Dan first joined HLM in the summer of 2005 and has since spent much of his career pushing the design envelope across all sectors of the business, especially at the inception/concept stages of projects.
He has over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering award-winning projects across a variety of sectors, most recently through defence and living and community projects.
Dan has a particular flair and passion for model making and other early forms of 3D representation, which is proven to aid understanding of the design approach, particularly when engaging with clients and end users.
He spent much of his early career onsite, gaining valuable experience of the construction process and the knowledge to push through elegantly detailed proposals using a problem-solving approach to create the best possible design outcomes.
