Jill joined HLM in 2016 as a solicitor in the Commercial Services Team. Since then, she has progressed to lead the team and now serves as General Counsel for the Covalent Group, overseeing legal and commercial matters across the UK and international subsidiaries. Jill is also a Director of Covalent.
Throughout her time with HLM and Covalent, Jill has provided strategic legal and commercial advice across a wide range of areas, including national and international project work, real estate management, and support for all head office functions. Her commercial acumen and dedication have made her a trusted advisor to both employees and the board.
Jill is passionate about empowering others through knowledge. She leads the Commercial Services Team with a strong belief in providing project teams and directors with the tools and understanding they need to navigate legal aspects of the business with confidence.

Outside of work, Jill is a local authority foster carer. She also enjoys oil painting and volunteers her time with Redmires Toad Patrol.
