Mike is an experienced Architectural Technologist with over 20 years of demonstrated history of production information at all RIBA Stages and running large projects. With in depth knowledge of all sectors including Education, Emergency Services, Commercial, Defence and Leisure. Recently delivering award winning projects such as Pen Rhos Primary School and Pencoedtre High School.
As an Associate and more recent role as Technical Director, Mike advises on Regional and Sector guidance, regulatory compliance, quality procedures, research & development, and production standardisation.
With a passion for sustainability, Mike recently qualified as a certified Passive House Designer equipping him with the technical skills to design projects using proven physics, detailing and data to inform design decisions and deliver high-performing buildings.
Proficient in 3D design using Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, ArchiCAD and numerous BIM collaboration tools. Additional skills include Illustration, Architectural Visualisation and Web Design. Mike is a strong arts and design professional with a HNC in Architectural Design and Technology plus additional further education in Computer Science and Natural Sciences focusing on Physics and Advanced Mathematics.
