Scott joined HLM in 2014 and has over 33 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors and specialisms. With a background that spans from junior architectural technician to senior project architect, Scott has developed a deep understanding of architectural practice, particularly in building re-use and conservation. Based in the Cardiff Studio, he is part of the senior management team and leads the regional defence sector.
Scott is responsible for managing delivery teams in Cardiff, whilst providing architectural design and illustration services to the wider practice. Scott’s illustration skills are used to effectively convey design ideas at both client presentations and as part of formal presentations.
Scott is also our regional defence sector lead and is part of the senior management team in the Cardiff Studio.
Throughout his career, Scott has taken great pride in nurturing and developing client relationships at every scale, from domestic clients through to multi-stakeholder organisations via his personable and engaging approach to design and development.
