Simon joined the Group in 2014 as director for Sidell Gibson, to work alongside co-founder Ron Sidell and his colleagues at HLM on various joint ventures. His expertise in producing innovative, creative, project-specific design solutions secured him a leading role on projects such as the Cambridge Assessment Headquarters and Three Snowhill in Birmingham, the largest speculative office development outside of London.
As part of the group transition to an Employee Ownership Trust at the beginning of 2021, Simon has moved across to join the HLM Board of Directors. He brings over 20 years’ experience working for esteemed London practices, designing and delivering commercial and residential projects across the UK. Drawing on his wealth of experience, Simon’s cross-sector roles covers Living and Communities, Asset and Workplace, and Hospitality, Leisure and Culture.
