We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards at the Life Sciences & Research Clusters Conference & Awards 2025, organised by Construction News and Property Week. The practice has been named a finalist for Best Architectural Practice and the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) has been shortlisted in the Best New Building category.

The Best New Building – London Institute for Healthcare Engineering
The Best New Building nomination celebrates the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) as an example of modern design, innovation, and sustainability. King’s College London’s newest facility is a state-of-the-art research and innovation hub where medicine and education will come together, developing treatments of the future. LIHE’s highly adaptable design supports interdisciplinary collaboration. LIHE is King’s most sustainable building to date, achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, and exceeding London’s net-zero targets through renewable energy and low-carbon design. Set within the historic Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital campus, the building complements its heritage surroundings with a contemporary design that fosters openness, adaptability, and collaboration.
