Delia is an architect and studio director for HLM Sheffield. After moving to study at the University of Sheffield and subsequently starting her career in the city, she has led HLM’s Sheffield studio since 2018.
For over 20 years Delia has led projects in the Yorkshire region, with particular expertise in mixed-use and complex urban sites involving engagement with multiple stakeholders.
As studio director, Delia is instrumental in maintaining the culture of HLM’s Sheffield studio, bringing everyone together as a team and giving individuals the support to develop confidence through having their voice heard. Her experience on a vast range of projects has equipped her with strengths in critical thinking, relationship building and adaptability, underpinned by a passion for her work.
Delia has played a pivotal role in many of Sheffield’s most recognisable projects, and her passion for the city has led to her being well-respected in both the area and industry.
