Delia rejoined HLM in 2015, and in 2018 took on leadership of HLM’s largest studio in Sheffield. After completing her Degree, Diploma and Masters in Architecture at the University of Sheffield in 2002, Delia was determined to begin her career in the city that had instilled her passion for Architecture. Fast forward 17 years, and Delia has become a well-respected and invaluable member of the HLM team.

Delia is responsible for leading and managing the Sheffield studio’s human and technical resources, accommodation and the day to day operation of its projects, from initial client contact through to completion. Delia champions high-quality design across the studio, is passionate about mentoring, and leads by example in creating an enthusiastic workplace and well-motivated team.

Delia has played a pivotal role in a number of the city’s most recognisable projects, drawing on her cross-sector experience and her focus and flair for mixed-use and residential projects.

Delia’s passions outside of work include long walks with her dog in the Peak District. She recently completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge for charity, which gave her an excuse to bake and eat more cakes!
